🛍️ Ordering & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Select your item, choose your size or style, click “Add to Cart,” and check out securely. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We begin printing soon after you order, so changes are only possible within the first 1 hour. Email us ASAP at blessings@childofgod1.store.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options powered by Shopify.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: 100%. Our store uses SSL encryption and secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Q: Are your items printed on demand?
A: Yes — every item is made to order with care. This helps us reduce waste and offer you unique, faith-inspired designs.

Q: Will the final product look like the image?
A: The design will be very close, but slight differences in placement, scale, or color may happen. Every product is custom-made just for you!

📦 Shipping & Tracking

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Most orders are:

  • Processed in 2–7 business days

  • Delivered in 3–7 business days (U.S.)

  • International orders: Allow 7–21 business days

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Yes! You’ll get a tracking link by email once your package ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Rates and delivery times vary by location.

📏 Sizing Guide

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product has its own size chart on the product page. For most apparel:

  • Unisex Tees run true to size.

  • For a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

  • Compare the chart to a shirt you already love for best results.

💳 Returns & Issues

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Since every item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
A: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll gladly send a free replacement or issue a refund if it’s our mistake.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Not yet — but they’re coming soon! Stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter.

Q: Can I request a custom design or bulk order?
A: Yes! We’d love to work with you on special requests for events, church groups, or ministries. Email blessings@childofgod1.store with details, and we’ll get back to you.
