We create each product just for you when you order — because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

We'll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Timeframe

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered (please double-check our size guide before purchasing)

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
